Thomas Jones: This Little Light
"Know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free!"
This requires great courage to tirelessly desire and honestly seek and reconcile, within ourselves and others, anything about us, as single souls, longing for our Lord's friendship, that which holds us in any personal Prison ~ Truth is the Key!, and it does come at a price. The price of sacrifice, discipline, concern for another as well as for oneself and persistance toward perfection.
One must be brave to face, speak and live the truth! It's not easy to get out of prison these days but Jesus, through the Holy Spirit will step up, unlock and embrace you with the Truth and release you from any burdens.
Accept His powerful and loving help!
In the name of the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Love and prayer,
Diane

Father – Son – Holy Spirit – Holy Trinity – One God; draw us by blessings and graces into Your most peaceful presence.
Guard us and guide us as we teeter through this day - sometimes believing we know what we’re doing – and in every way always trusting in Your Divine Will for us.
Father, always be our Guiding Light, and thank you, Father for all your loving gifts.
Peace, joy, contentment as God rests His comforting hand upon our hearts and souls. Amen.
Love and prayer,
Diane

April 15, 2007, Mercy Sunday
My Lord, Your Mercy is my Hope!
I once again see You present by my side and Your loving, holy face before me. Thank you, Jesus for all Your gifts.
Here I am before You in the Eucharist remembering Your passion, seeing again the torture, marks and blood upon Your face, each one of the four visions more sorrowful than the one before. What pain, what torture – I am filled with grief and sorrow; tears flow – I want to reach out and make it not so but the Father’s Will is being done and You honor Your Father’s Will for You with full accomplishment.
I ask myself, would I have stood up against the unjust attacks upon my Jesus as minute by minute the wave of hatred and anger grew against Him verbally and physically. Would I have run up before Pilate and Jesus – stood between them and acknowledged Jesus’ honesty and worthiness as a kind and just man? Would I have stood up for my Lord and fought for His release; or hide, as a coward, in fear for my own life should I stand up for His? Would I be a noble friend or a fearful coward as even His disciples and friends were?
What selfless courage is required to uphold truth and justice. To be no better than His close disciples, in truth, I would have been and deeply disappointed with my choice.
So now, today and every moment, a learned choice can free our Lord from prolonged pain, agony and sorrow by our spirit-filled will to serve the Lord and free Him from Pilate’s prison and ongoing pain and torture!
Receive peace, contentment, joy and freedom from our prisons to serve Jesus only – and prove our love and gratitude for His gentle, stabilizing love!
May the Holy Presence of Jesus enfold you now and forever –
Love and prayer,
Diane

A VERSE FROM A DEAR FRIEND AND HOLY SERVANT OF THE LORD.
Where have I been to: I do not know, I cannot tell you. I will not tell you. Oh, maybe I will.
Did you hear the bird singing this morn? It was a song of joy, a song of praise, a song of wonder. "If we could fly, we would know why the birds sing."
I walked upon the water for only a little while, then sank like a stone. I did not know where I was - I heard music in the distance, and then I was raised up from where I was to where I am now.
I sit in silence and hear You speak to me. There are no words spoken, and yet, You touch my heart - You fill it with love and peace and joy. You are always present - I am the one who sometimes flees, always to return, though.
You are grace, mercy, abundance. You are life itself - without You there is nothing - You are all.
You make the sun rise, the stars shine in the night sky, the moon glisten upon the snow on a cold winter's night.
You are color, light and darkness.
Let me follow where You lead. Let me not hesitate or be afraid.
Give me the strength, wisdom and courage to do Your Will.
Your Divine Will be done in all things. You are the Truth, the Light and the Way.
I say amen to you forever and always.

Is it true "The Eyes Are the Windows of our Soul!" ?
Is that where we look to find our soul?
What do we do with it once we find it?
Whose eyes are we gazing into - our own or another's or both at different times or maybe at the same time.
For as we gaze into - we are also gazing from our own! This takes courage and love!
And, oh yeah, by the way - exactly what is this - LOVE. We can say it at a moment's notice or roll it off our tongues like it's nothing.
It is something - it must be - we say it all so very often to express something! But WHAT!?
"Love One Another As I Love You." This, then, is no easy task. Christ's love asks all from us. Didn't it ask all of Him?
I'm still working and praying on it and I continue to say it - asking God's help to live it.
As disciples of Jesus, how do you know love?
Love and prayers,
Diane

"According to God's Sacred Will" - Scary - Why - ? We feel it will have nothing to do with our own private, carefully laid out plans.
Truth is - it will prove to be the core of our very own selves, that place and those dreams we know only too well and that have eluded us for all too long!
Allelujah!
Allelujah!
The Beloved Jesus has His hand on our hearts and souls and we are blessed and filled with pure graces from His Soul this moment!
Have a healthy and contented day.
Love,
Diane

Blessed be His Holy Name!
Jesus our companion in every life's breath!

HOPE - We must move on and on in great faith and strong hope in the heart of our Divine Savior, Jesus, who, as a child, is our example of a loving, accepting friend.
St. Thérèse is our friend and sister, in her example of love in service to others in every Little Way. She shares her Light of the Lord to all, in her tender, simple, loving ways - even now. Just ask her.

Good day and God bless you and protect you in every way. May Jesus' holy light guide you along every path. May the precious Child Jesus smile upon you and strengthen your faith in every challenge and be your constant companion as He is to St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Little Flower.
Have a wonderful day!
Love and prayers,
Diane

My first message for you today is:
God is with us in every part of our lives, especially the little acts of love to help one another.
Jesus is the Light of the World. We must let our light shine before all persons, so they can see the good that we do and give glory to God!
St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus gave her love and glory to God by her little acts of love.
God be with you in all things.
